Compliance Initiatives
Our Group mainly undertakes the printing and translation of disclosure-related documents that are confidential or secret under laws and regulations.
Therefore, we are expected to fulfill our responsibilities as a company that supports information disclosure in the financial instruments market.
Building a management system for and training on confidential information handled in the course of business is an important management issue for the Group. Therefore, we require all employees of the Group to take the "Insider Trading Regulation e-learning" course provided by Japan Exchange Group Regulation and submit a written pledge to strictly maintain confidentiality, and we regularly provide education and raise awareness about insider information and confidential information.
In addition, we conduct compliance monitoring checks once a year in the form of a questionnaire for employees, creating a system for early detection of any inherent problems.
The TAKARA & CO. Group CSR Department regularly audits each Group company to ensure proper business operations.
In addition to our Group's basic rules (corporate philosophy, code of conduct, various internal regulations, etc.) and integrated management system rules (CSR operations manual, etc.), we continuously provide education using the "Compliance Text for Employees," which explains the basic rules (legal and regulatory requirements) that must be observed as members of society, to ensure that directors and employees comply with laws, regulations, the articles of incorporation, etc.
Towards raising employee awareness
We regard the thorough prevention of insider trading as our most important task, and we are continually providing thorough education to all employees (including part-time and temporary workers), including executives, through measures such as implementing e-learning and holding study sessions.
At Takara Printing, the company motto and guidelines for handling insider information are recited at each workplace during the daily morning assembly. Through these measures, we aim to raise employee awareness of our management philosophy and information management.
Reporting Desk
In addition to the internal reporting system, we have also established regulations for an internal reporting system (Takara Risk Hotline) that provides for a third-party organization (an external consulting firm) to report any violations of these rules.
