Accumulation of expertise in the disclosure field

Takara Printing, the core company of our group, is a group of experts who are well versed in disclosure documents, including sales representatives who serve as the customer's point of contact, the research department responsible for providing and checking information, the production and printing department, and the department for developing and supporting disclosure support tools. Laws and regulations are revised almost every year, and one revision often affects various areas, so in order to provide added value to customers, it is necessary to understand in detail the relationships between the items described.
Takara Printing frequently holds multifaceted training and study sessions in each department while trying to visualize the knowledge necessary to acquire such knowledge, but equal opportunity was one of the issues, such as not being able to participate in study sessions due to work circumstances. Therefore, we have set up a portal site called "Seminar and Study Session Summary Site" that compiles videos of seminars for customers and in-house study sessions, and have established a system that allows self-improvement at any time according to individual schedules. In addition, in order to develop human resources who can respond to social trends such as digital transformation, a knowledge site called "Better" has been released with the aim of strengthening the ICT literacy of Takara Printing Group employees, and information sharing is also carried out with the aim of creating innovation and improving productivity. In addition to deepening practical knowledge, from fiscal 2024 we will organize and systematize our education and training structure as follows, and focus on acquiring further specialized knowledge and improving individual qualifications in order to create solutions that can contribute to solving our customers' problems.
