Based on the Group’s Purpose, we are committed to “information disclosure for a broad range of companies and the sound development of capital markets, and will continue to build a foundation of trust between society and capital markets by overcoming language barriers.” Increasing market sophistication represents a major opportunity for us, as pioneers in disclosure and investor relations.
The Group has launched the New Medium-Term Management Plan FY2029, aimed at realizing Vision 2030—our vision to be an irreplaceable one and only partner in the disclosure and IR domain. Under our corporate brand message “Tech Driven Value for Growth,” we will drive value creation by integrating cutting-edge technology with the expertise of our highly skilled professionals. We will promote the full-scale operation of our disclosure platforms, WizLabo 2.0 and WizLabo Synapse, and advance the implementation of AI technologies to provide strong support for our clients’ operational efficiency and high-quality disclosures.
