Message from the Incoming Chairman and Representative Director upon the Change of President
Changes in the Group’s senior management team were resolved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 28, 2026, and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to these resolutions, I have been appointed Chairman and Representative Director.
I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my profound gratitude for the warm support and goodwill extended to the Group during my 24 years as President, through which we were able to overcome numerous challenges and reach where we are today.
I am pleased to announce that SHIRAI Kota, who has served as President of Takara Printing Co., Ltd., has been appointed to succeed me as President and Representative Director.
Under our new management structure, the Group’s employees will unite in their efforts to further develop our businesses. I kindly request that you extend to our new President the same warm guidance and encouragement you have so generously given me.
As Chairman, I will leverage my experience to provide my full support for the new President and the management team, and will strive to further enhance the Group’s corporate value.
