Basic Policy

The Group has set objectives and goals for "quality and environment," "information security," and "employment," and will provide high-quality products and services, carry out environmental protection activities, information safety management, and fair employment, and strive for proper operations and continuous improvement.

Quality and Environmental Policy

  • Comply with environmental laws and regulations and consider the requirements of stakeholders. In addition, proactively strive to reduce environmental impact.
  • When purchasing raw materials, fixtures, and office supplies, preferentially select items that are easy to recycle to conserve resources.
  • Encourage customers to use environmentally friendly materials when manufacturing products.
  • In order to improve customer satisfaction and promote environmental protection, build a quality and environmental management system, and strive for proper operation and continuous improvement.

Information Security Policy

  • Practice corporate activities that take information security into account, provide services that customers can use with peace of mind, and strengthen relationships of trust with customers.
  • Fulfil our social responsibilities as a company through the implementation of information security measures based on risk assessment and compliance with customer requirements, standard requirements, and related laws and regulations.
  • Secure the human resources and facilities necessary for realizing information security objectives.
  • Establish Information Security Management System (ISMS) to realize information security objectives, and strive for proper operation and continuous improvement.

Personal Information Protection Policy (Privacy Policy)

Continue to respond to the trust of all our customers, shareholders, business partners, and employees by further giving consideration to personal information protection, appropriately handling it, and striving to strengthen information security and personal information protection.

  • Respect privacy, comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines and other standards, and protect personal information.
  • Clearly define the purpose of use of personal information, and acquire, use and provide personal information in a fair and appropriate manner within the limits necessary to achieve the purpose.
  • Strive to manage personal information appropriately to keep it accurate and up-to-date.
  • If there is a request, complaint, or consultation regarding disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. from the person concerned, respond appropriately within a reasonable scope in light of laws and regulations and other social conventions and practices.
  • When accepting work that handles personal information, handle it appropriately within the scope of the work undertaken.
  • Depending on the risk of personal information, take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss or damage, and respond promptly if a problem occurs.
  • Establish a personal information management system to protect personal information and strive for proper operation and continuous improvement.

Employment Policy

  • Comply with laws and regulations and agreements, etc., and strive for fair employment.
  • In consideration of work-life balance, create an environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities and work comfortably.
