Our ability to successfully promote diversity depends on every officer and employee overcoming individual differences such as gender, and fully demonstrating the capabilities they possess. As such, the Diversity Promotion Project is an important business strategy for the Company.

The Group's Diversity Initiatives

The Company launched the Diversity Promotion Project on July 1, 2009. Our aim is to achieve the growth and development of the Company and the happiness of our employees by recognizing the diversity of each individual employee, making the most of their individuality and becoming a company where each individual can demonstrate their respective abilities.

We aim to incorporate the various home environments and values of each individual employee, and change our way of thinking so that these factors which have in the past tended to be seen as constraints, are instead regarded as qualities. Through management that makes the most of those qualities, we aim to eliminate existing concepts and achieve the positive and effective utilization of human resources. Moreover, we believe that the diverse new values created as a result of such initiatives will increase the motivation of each individual employee, give rise to an organization that has the ability to respond flexibly to various environmental changes and form the basis for the growth and advancement of the Company.
